.stl format. About 9" wide, prints flat. You'll need a printer bed that does at least 220mm on a diagonal.
You'll want to heat form this to your head; print it with thick top layers and bottom layers, and then heat it up slowly with a hair dryer and curve until satisfied. Leave it curved until it cools or dip it in cold water to flash-set in position.
