We currently offer commission payment plans through Paypal only.

• We accept payment plans for orders $100usd and over before shipping (if applicable).
• Payment plans on physical goods must be paid in full 2-weeks before the shipping date; please keep this in mind if you have deadlines. We’ll work with you to put together a timeline and ensure you get your items on time.
• Payment plans on digital goods must be paid 2-weeks in full before your desired delivery date.
• Payment plans on finished props/full costumes must be paid in full 4 weeks before shipping date unless otherwise noted.
• We require an initial non-refundable deposit of at least 20% in order to secure your slot. This does not mean we will begin work immediately, as we prioritize orders that are paid in full
• You may only have one payment plan open with us at one time. If you’d like to place additional orders you must provide payment in full, or settle up your existing plan.
• If you wish to cancel your payment plan, we refund whatever hasn't already been allotted to labour and materials thus far. Your deposit remains non-refundable.
• We have the right to refuse or cancel payment plans; while we try to avoid cancelling whenever possible, if circumstances arise that make us unable to complete your commission, we will give you as much advance notice as possible and a full refund, including deposit.
• Invoices must be paid off within 1 full calendar year (12 months), unless otherwise discussed, or they will be considered abandoned projects. Abandoned projects will not be refunded.

Yes! We do print external files for a fee. However, these files must be print-ready and require no modifications- we are not responsible for the quality of prints created from external files. No refunds will be provided on external prints.

We will not alter or modify and external files created by other artists. We also have the right to refuse any external files.

It’s sad to us as artists that after a combined century of crafting experience, we need to publicly state that we do, in fact, create our works with our own hands, minds, imaginations and creative faculties.

We do not use generative or modern assistive AI in the creation of our work or in the operations of our business.

We also are strong advocates for removing generative AI from conventions. We support Artist Alleys with clear stances against AI “art”, and do not support or sponsor events that we know to use AI in their marketing and on their websites and socials.

There are, of course, precious few ways to interact with the internet without touching companies that use generative AI, but wherever possible we have made efforts to reduce our contact with them. Even here on Shopify, we have opted out from their AI program, making us ineligible to sell via the Shop app and on similar platforms, simply because we do not believe in supporting AI systems.

All items are custom made to order, as such we do not do returns or exchanges products. We can sometimes cancel orders before they ship, but only at our discretion. Once we've finished casting, printing, fabricating, etc., orders cannot be canceled under any circumstance.

Packages sent back to us will not be refunded. No refund or exchange on refused packages, or shipments where tariffs, VAT, duties, etc. are not paid.

We offer absolutely no refunds on commissions or any custom work.

No refunds or exchange on any sale items. This includes markdowns, sale, seconds, moulds, masters, clearance, or retiring kits.

Fabric orders are printed at our printing partners in Montreal. Once you've ordered any fabric, or ready to wear clothing, a production order is put in on their end and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

We do not offer refunds on any digital downloads. This includes .stl files, .pdf files, digital patterns, embroidery files, etc. If you're having trouble with your project, get in touch with us and we'll troubleshoot with you.

If you’re missing a piece, or a piece is damaged: It's rare, but it happens occasionally, especially with kits with dozens of tiny parts.

For damaged items, keep your packaging intact and email us as soon as you can.

Get in touch. We generally replace packages that do not arrive after a certain window of time. This time is determined at our discretion –– usually 3 weeks, but it can be up to 6 weeks for countries with more rigorous customs practices.

Almost everything we do is made to order. Production time on kits is generally 1-2 weeks, but depending on where an order falls, material availability, how busy we are, it may be slightly over or slightly under. Fabrics may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and finished props will take 4 weeks minimum.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

International shipping delivery times may vary, but generally sit around 2 weeks.

If you have a particular deadline, please include it as a note in your order. We will do our best to accommodate, and if it looks like it'll be cutting it close, we'll be in touch with you.
