A 3D Printed Kit for Wyll's rapier. Sword finishes at 45" long each, but the blade can be made removable from the handle.

The swords assemble on an internal dowel for strength, 39.25" with a 1/4" diameter. Wooden dowel will suffice but I suggest aluminum for better strength.

The basket pins to the pommel with an included pin, and the handle has a 1mm tolerance around to make space to wrap it with leather or fabric.

Glue, paints and tools not included. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, as everything is made to order!

Feel free to tag us to show us what you print and make! We love to see finished works.

Damaged but workable

The basket came pretty chewed up, and missing the "included pin". Was able to fix it up with epoxy clay and a lot of sanding. The rest was good though. I used a wooden dowel as suggested, and then I added some supermagnets to the blade-hilt attachment to ensure it doesn't disconnect unless I want it to.

Hi Andrew!

Thanks so much for leaving a review. I definitely agree that this should not have passed our quality checks and made its' way to you in the condition it was in.

I'll be following up via email and am happy to offer you a reprint of the basket, or a discount toward your next purchase.

Thank you,
Julia
