Dangerous Ladies' 3D model for Super Sonico’s Headset.
Model by Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)
.stl format.
Designed for a head 6.5” wide but can easily be scaled up or down. Needs a printer at least 220x220mm to print, but many pieces will fit smaller. I’ve also included versions of the upper wires on “bucks” that can be trimmed off if you’re struggling to print them upright with adequate support.
The ear cup has slots in the outside to improve hearing when wearing the headset. You can line the hollow inside of the ear cup with speaker cloth or black power mesh if you want them blacked out; I’ve included a file for a ring that can be wrapped with cloth and then fitted inside to make things easier, but this is optional.
The padding for the headphones is also optional. You may wish to instead cut EVA foam pieces and shape them so they're softer than rigid 3D printed ones. You could also consider moulding them and casting them in something like FlexFoamIt-14 to make a squishy padding. (We do have moulds for these if you’d like to purchase a cast set to go with your own printed headset; send us a message!)
