Description
Items in this listing are silicone moulds for various character kits. They are ideal for people who want to make their own resin casts.
Please read all of the below information before purchasing, as there will be no replacements, returns, exchanges, etc. on moulds.
Some things to know:
- In most circumstances, the kits are complete. Some may be missing small parts, especially in the case of kits with 20+ pieces. Often these pieces are generics like tiny domes, diamonds, etc. If you find yourself missing a part that you'd like and wasn't included, send us a picture of the part you're looking for and I can likely send you the 3D print file to complete the set.
- These moulds are OLD, so some of them may only have a few casts left in them or be damaged slightly. Others are in great condition but seldom used. Please ask if the difference matters to you. I suggest that you keep your first cast as a new master if you want to remould it.
- These pieces CANNOT be used as-is on your costume, as they are MOULDS! 🙂
- We are selling these moulds primarily because this kit does not sell anymore. Pricing is largely just to cover our time cataloguing and packaging; these are very undervalued, but throwing them in the garbage seems wasteful of materials, especially when someone can still get some use out of them.
- LIMITED CASTING RIGHTS INCLUDED. If you'd like to cast a couple kits to sell or make your money back on materials or for friends or anything, that's perfectly fine. However, these are not meant to start your own business with; we're not really interested in competing with our own products, so please just use common sense.
- IF YOU RESELL MOULDS, YOU MUST LET US KNOW WHO YOU SELL THEM TO.
- We suggest Smoothcast 300 as a beginner friendly opaque resin, and Smoothest 45D as a beginner friendly flexible resin. For rotocast moulds, we suggest Smoothcast 65D for rigid pieces and Smoothest 57D for flexible pieces.
- We will not be uploading individual images for these masters. However, if it is unclear what a kit consists of, email us and we will tell you .
