Description

A 3D Printed polearm for a Hulkenberg cosplay. Ship unassembled and unfinished.

There are two options for the handle:

  1. A 1" wooden dowel (not included) and should be cut 46" long for the proportional look, which will finish the prop at 80" long, but you can cut it longer or shorter as needed.
  2. A 3/4" PVC pipe (not included), cut the same way. If you'd like to use our twist lock connectors to make it collapsible, this is a great route.

The small decorative pieces print separately for easy painting, if you don't want to glue in all those little bits, you can skip them and just paint the slots! Overall however, you should be able to paint everything but the bottom blade before final assembly.

The side blades can be made removable using 8 magnets, all 1/2" diameter, (not included). You can make the top blade slot in and out with friction alone, as there isn't space for larger magnets, but the handle slots far enough into it that it shouldn't pop off unless you deliberately take it off. This means the whole thing can be made pretty collapsible for travel!

Glue, paints and tools not included. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, as everything is made to order!

Feel free to tag us to show us what you print and make! We love to see finished works.
