White Mage's Bunny's Crescent Staff [3D Printed Kit] 3D Printed Kit cosplay DangerousLadies

We can print this for you!

Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for basic sanding wedges.
Model by Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)

.stl format. Should fit on any printer.

These are tools to to help you with sanding. They come in seven different angles -- 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 135, 150. You wrap them in sandpaper and use them to sand nooks and crannies inside inner elements of prints, allowing you to reach easier without having to fit your fingers in. Of course, commercial sanding needles work for this too, but they're generally quite narrow, and don't take care of broad surfaces very well. Also, the different angles mean you can match corners and joints, letting you sand both sides at once, or get really close without bumping into the other side.

If you'd like your sandpaper to be more secure, you can glue it to the stick with hot glue instead of just holding it or taping it. You can usually peel it off the stick again after. Hairspray works as well if you want to wash it off, but it tends to come loose if you're wet sanding. Water wahsable, and all!

I suggest printing them laying down flat so the print lines run the long way; they'll be stronger that way.

They're about 0.5" wide by default, but you can scale them to any size if you want a broader sanding surface.
