Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for the Knights Moralis winged cap.
Model by @becofhearts and Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)
.stl format. Sliced for a printer 256 x 256 x 256 mm, but will fit most printers.
The hat finishes at 34.5 cm tall. Including the wingspan it finishes at 28.5 cm wide. You don't have to print the hat base if you don't want to; I think it works great as a base you can cover in fabric, but you may prefer to just use your own or make one from heavy felt and just use the wings and hard parts from this set.
As of June 2026, there are now versions for the accessory files that are made to go on a sewn hat. The sewn hat version has some tricks up its sleeve for rigging: it has slots for two 6mm M6 x OD9 brass inserts. There is a listing for them on Aliexpress here:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005010462686506.html You can install these in the back of the winged emblem and poke matching holes through the hat, so that you can put screws from inside the hat and into the front piece. There's a bracket included to use as a washer too. There's also an included bonus PDF file with a pattern for the hat :)
For the printed version of the hat, there are 6 total files, each needing to be printed only once. There is a peg in the back of each wing that slots into the holes of the hat. The plate on the front sits in front of the wings.
Files include:
- Photos
- .STL files
