This kit is a part of our Last Chance sale.

It is a kit that has been in use for long enough that the moulds are wearing out, and we don’t think there’s a reason to make new ones. As such, we’ve decided to offer them at a discounted rate until the moulds are completely unusable. Casts that come out of these end-of-life moulds are generally deemed seconds because there may be small imperfections like surface irregularities, small bubbles, etc. All pieces are completely usable, and many will be in normal condition, as some moulds wear faster than others.

When the moulds can no longer produce viable kits, this kit will be officially retired.

All Last Chance kits are final sale.

Description

Resin cast kits for Claude's Timeskip costume. (As seen on Joe Zieja!)

Claude's shoulder pauldron, knee pads and elbow pads are cast out of TASK 13, a semi-rigid resin. This is a thin shell of TASK 13 backed with a flexible foam, so the pieces flex, bend and bounce with movement. This is a stunt-grade material; it can crush/take impact and bounce right back. They can be shoved in suitcases and whatnot and still bounce back after, and they're quite durable! But they can still be damaged if used roughly -- for example, we don't recommend doing power-slides on asphalt on the knee pads, or letting people stab you. They can be painted with any flexible paint; automotive spray paints, airbrushing, even acrylic paints.

Kit includes:
  • x1 shoulder pauldron (flexible)
  • x2 shoulder pauldron emblems (flexible)
  • x3 shoulder pauldron dangles
  • x2 front collar details
  • x1 back collar detail
  • x2 elbow pads (flexible)
  • x2 knee pads (flexible)
  • x6 boot diamonds
Glue, paints and tools not included. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, as everything is made to order! Finished kits may take 2-3 weeks depending on how busy we are.
