Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for the Starsending wand.
Models by Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)
.stl format. Includes two versions, one that is solid and one that can be illuminated.
The solid one needs a 10" long dowel, 1/2" diameter, for the handle. It finishes at 16" long. The star is still hollow in the solid version to keep weight down and also so you can print it in transparent filament if you want.
The illuminated version has a printed handle optionally, but if you don't want to print the handle for the illuminated version, you can use a 13/16th wooden dowel or a 1/2" PVC pipe, either cut 7/5" long. It finishes at 19" long.
If you'd like the fabric banner for the wand, you can purchase it here!
The illuminated version is designed with use of a champagne/wine bottle LED string; the collet is split into two parts so you can unscrew it to change the battery, and also pop the handle off to access the switch. There is a hole through the top of the collet that feeds the LEDS directly into the star. Do a dry fit/assembly before gluing anything!
We used these lights from Amazon.

- .STL files
