.stl format. Should fit on most printers, but shoulder piece can get quite large, so I've included a whole and split version for smaller printers.
Try test printing for size first to make sure it suits you.
You can skip printing the "centre core" of the spindles if you'd rather replace them with a 70mm long cut of a 1" PVC Pipe. The core is slightly smaller than it should be so you can wrap twine/cord around it to build it up to look like a real spool.
Files include:
