.stl format. Includes whole and sliced versions, but should take a 200mm wide printer at minimum. Finishes at roughly 6” temple to temple at 100% scale. Knees and elbows are hollowed.

Please test print the headset first for scale. I suggest using “Headset Lower” as it will include the part that covers your nose.

If you want to use our resin cast lenses for the mask, you can order them here! Please note that the resin cast may not fit if you're scaling the print in any way. 

The ear pieces have a lot of tiny holes in the “speaker” to help with hearing when wearing it; I suggest putting a “support blocker” in Cura over them so you’re not picking support material out of those tiny holes!

There are three configurations for the headset:
- Whole (no seams, lots of supports)
- Upper + Lower (easiest to print, worst seams)
- Center + Wings (middle ground, good for shallower printers)

The split versions both take 4 pins for alignment, 1/8” diameter, 20mm long. You can use wooden ones or steel ones or just a couple toothpicks. You can skip them too if you want to line up manually.
