.stl format. About 2.5" across. All coloured parts print separately for easy painting/finishing. It does hinge; the slot is made for 1/16 in rod or wire. (If you want, you can just thread cord through and make it part of the lanyard it's on!) Scales up and down pretty easy; try printing it at 200% to use a 1/8" dowel for the hinge and to finish at about 5".
