Printed fabric for March 7th's skirt fabric in poly twill. Printed on a 54x39" panel, which gets you two 54x19" panels -- pleat size will change how much you need, but you should be able to do 3" pleats (with 6" of fabric per pleat) up to a 41" waist.

The hip ribbon fabric (light blue) comes in strips of 4x39", 2 strips per set in a heavy satin.
