Inigo's festival fabric, sold as pre-printed tabards that just need to be cut out and sewn. Most pieces come with included lining save the hip panels. Fabric is a matte crepe. Includes two 54"x39" panels worth of printed fabric.

Panels are printed so that the length is adjustable based on wearer's height/preferences; simply cut down the TOP to get the desired length, leaving the printed bottoms intact.
