.stl format. Flat backed and easy to print, save for the earrings. The earrings are double sided, and have super fine detail; resin printer suggested, but a 0.2 nozzle on FDM or a 0.4 nozzle on superfine settings should still be workable.

I've also included a jig for shaping 1mm wire for the top of the earring. It will be a little finicky putting the earrings on, as it requires you to thread it through the ear and get the back end of the wire into the hole on the top of the earring, but hey, that's accuracy :)

The earring segments can be linked with jump rings.
