Sword with sheath measures 36".
Sword without sheath measures 35".
If you are traveling with this sword and want to put it in a suitcase, you can print a blade segment shorter to drop the length.
The sword assembles on a 1/4" dowel, 33" long. We recommend aluminum for strength but wooden dowels work just fine too. The sheath has two inner channels for two 1/8" dowels; this can be very small, so you may want to go with aluminum or acrylic rods.

These swords print well and are very sturdy. I wrapped the hilt and sheath in black stretch vinyl for a smoother look and you can't see the print seams at all! 10 out of 10, best print I've ever had to assemble.
