A kit for the Sailor Soldier / Scout tiaras in cold-cast gold or silver.
The tiara is cast in a flexible urethane plastic intended for stunt costume pieces; it is paintable with flexible paints (generally any paint intended for plastic or automotive) and is comfortable to wear.
You can throw this piece in a suitcase to pack/travel with it and it'll bounce right back to shape when unpacked! It can be cut with scissors if you want to trim the arms down, and it can be pinned into your hair/under your wig with clips or pins -- no actual rigging needed. You can also rinse it off -- no make-up stains or sweat!

Glue, paints and tools not included. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, as everything is made to order!
