Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for Basic Gauntlets

.stl format. Three different styles of gauntlet –– plain, piped and beveled. They come in three sizes (6", 7" and 8" wrists) and three different heights (4", 6" and 8")

On most people, the 8" tall version will come almost to the elbow, and the 4" version is a bit like a "Wonder Woman" cuff. 

You can tweak sizing by scaling the width and depth in your slicer program without scaling the height; just make sure you turn off the universal scaling tick box! Also remember that some wrists are ovals, not perfect circles, so you may need something a little wider than it is deep to fit.

All of these bracers have lips on the inside edge so that they can align with the other half without sliding around. To close, I suggest either putting velcro tabs on the inside edge, or glue a strip of unstretched elastic on the inside edge of both sides so that you can pull it apart to get it open and stick your hand in, and then release to snap closed again.

These are great for decorating; if you're used to doing EVA foam builds or sculpting with clay, these are handy as bases so you don't have to worry about making the basic arm shape. You can also use a half as a base for gauntlets that aren't fully encapsulating, and add straps on the bottom.
