A 3D printed kit for Travis' Blood Berry saber. Finishes at 48".

THIS IS THE CONVERSION VERSION for use with your OWN LIGHTSABER. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

This is an intermediate project; it comes in many many parts so that it can be printed with minimal supports and very strong walls, but has a lot of assembly. Most pieces can be painted before assembly too so there's less need to tape off. Glue, paints and tools not included.

LIGHTSABER CONVERSION VERSION additional hardware needed (not included):

  • 835 mm of 1/4” aluminum rod for side bar
  • 14.5 mm of 3/16” aluminum or steel pins for side details x3
  • 12 mm of 1/16” aluminum or steel pins for switch box
  • 90 mm of 5/16th” aluminum or steel pins for satellite wings x2
  • Upper tubing: 7/16” diameter
  • Lower tubing: 1/8” diameter
  • If your lightsaber has a charger just above the button, you can print the "half" handle piece to access it via magnets; this will need 8 magnets, 1/4".

I modelled this for us with a generic Heavy Dueling Lightsaber with an aluminum handle. When purchasing a base lightsaber, you should be looking for:

  • Blade length: 31"
  • Overall length: 40.5"
  • Overall handle length: 9.5"
  • Circumference at widest point of handle: 4.12"
  • Top to charge port: 3"
  • Bottom to center button: 5.5"
  • Button diameter: 0.5"
