Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for Rose's Rapier
Model by Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)
.stl format. Should fit on any printer 210mm or taller, but I've included a whole version for people who want to cut their own. It finishes at 40" by default and scales easily.
Because of the shape of the blade/handle, there's no internal dowel, so it all keys together in slots. I suggest printing the keys laying on their long side so they are extra strong, and print them with very thick walls. We suggest keeping a moderate infill (no lower than 15%) and walls of about 1.2-1.4mm.
I've also added a "split" version where two parts replace Sword 4. This is an upper and a lower that slot into each other. There is a version that just has magnet slots (5 pairs of 1/4" magnets) to magnet in, and a version that has both magnets and a lock that slots into blade to keep them from sliding out. I suggest putting a ribbon tab under the lip of the lock so it is more easily removed!
Files include:
- Photos
- .STL files
