.stl format. Sliced for a 200x200x300mm or 200x200x250mm printer, but many pieces will fit smaller. Finishes at 55" or 47" long, but I've included a whole-head file for people who would like to slice their own.

This is a big baby! The head prints in nine parts plus a two-part bracket. I've split up the bone parts from the metal parts so you can paint separately before final assembly if you'd like.

This axe head assembles on dowel pegs, 1/4" diameter, 1.5" long. While I have included an optional file for these pegs, I strongly recommend just purchasing a bag of wooden dowel pegs (or better: aluminum or steel ones)for strength. If you do choose to print the pegs, I strongly recommend printing them at 100% infill; otherwise they're only good for alignment and won't give your pieces much strength. The axe takes 27 of them, but a few extras can't hurt. 

The 55" handle assembles on a 1" dowel, 36.75” long, and the 47" uses a 3/4" dowel cut 27.5" long You can swap this out for an aluminum or steel conduit/EMT if you prefer, but check fit first! Not all pipe is made the same, some measure by inner diameter.

The knife and the pommel both have variations where they can print flat in two pieces; they aren't tricky to print whole, but you may find that all the tiny little details are harder to sand when they're printed vertically, and that a flat orientation may make them easier to finish even if there's a seam to contend with.

The handle includes two versions for the "wrapped" parts –– a ribbed version you can print and finish, or a plain version you can use as a base and then wrap in cord or leather.

We printed ours at 0.15-0.2 layers. We suggest keeping a moderate infill (no lower than 15%) and walls of about 1.2-1.4mm.
