.stl format. Cut for printing on a 230mm tall printer. Finishes at just shy of 73", but you can cut the handle slightly shorter to lose some height, and the blades can fold down.
Assembles on a 41" long dowel, 1" diameter. You can use a 3/4" PVC pipe if you print at 103% scale.
The head blades fold down; you'll need four 1/4" screws with a roughly 3/4" long shaft for the joints, with matching nuts. I've countersunk them so you should be able to tuck the nuts and screw head against the prop flush. This means you can make the blades removable for travel.
All of the finial pieces print separately by colour for easy painting and slot together. There's a couple alternate options depending on whether you want to use real braid for the cording, or just paint it on.
