The hip bands can be heat formed using a hair dryer into whatever curve suits you. Please print it with really thick top layers so the infill doesn't show when curved.
The gems in the stars print separately, and I've included some tiny domes if you'd like to stick them all over your skirt for more decoration.
Files include:
