White Mage's Bunny's Crescent Staff [3D Printed Kit] 3D Printed Kit cosplay DangerousLadies

We can print this for you!

Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for Crystal Exarch's Staff
Model by Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)

.stl format. Finishes at about 72" inches long. Fits on a printer 200mmx200mmx200mm or larger.

Assembles on a 56" long 3/4" PVC pipe –– the slots will also fit a 1" wooden dowel if you prefer, but the fit will be a little loose. If you print everything at 96% scale, it will fit a 1" wooden dowel snugly.

The head has lots of undercuts and overhangs. Try printing it with a LOT of supports; most won't be needed or even touch the print, but they'll provide a great deal of extra support so nothing wobbles or tips over.

Update Jan 10th 2022: I've uploaded two alternate versions:
- A version where the head prints flat, meaning there are a LOT of seams but very very little supports. This version is fastest to print and easiest for beginners to 3D printing but leaves you with a lot of seams.
- A version with some added supports. These do not replace supports added in Cura; you should still add supports for 60 degrees or over to cover all the flat overhangs! But they DO add a ton of stability so pieces are far far far less likely to tip over before they can join with other parts at a higher point. I've included a diagram with these supports marked in red. They're only 1mm thick so you can cut them off after with a craft knife. This version spares you all the supports on all the bevels while still giving the tricky spots extra help.
