Dangerous Ladies' 3D models for Fjord's sword.
Model by Jennifer Rezny (@quicksparrows)
.stl format. Pre-sliced for printing pieces on a 20cmx20cmx30cm bed. UPDATE APR 2021: now it's sliced for 25cm high beds too!
It includes three versions:
Hollow - 42" long
Hollow - 64" long (this is the "full scale" version, but at 5'4" long, it is EXTREMELY big and needs a 40 cm bed)
Solid - 46" (includes two blade variations; the regular one has a 1.5mm edge that is more durable and suitable for conventions, the sharpened one has a finer edge –– still not dangerous but more precise)
Solid - 64" long (this is the "full scale" version, but at 5'4" long, it is EXTREMELY big. Sliced for 30cm and 25cm tall beds)
The hollow blades are made so that lights can be installed; the diamond gems on the side can be used as a hatch to access the battery. Because it's hollow, it doesn't have a lot of internal support; we suggest printing it with thick walls. The blade itself can be printed with 100% infill or 3mm walls; that way it'll be durable. It keys to itself.

- .STL files
We printed ours at 0.15 mm layers.
Please do not redistribute or resell. Intended for personal use only. Commercial use must buy a new copy for each item produced.
Feel free to tag us to show us what you print and make! We love to see finished works.
