.stl format. Includes a whole versions and two halved versions. The half versions have a snap-together mechanism or just a flat cut. They are 7" in circumference by default.

If you're doing the flat-cut version, you can put a strip of elastic around the inside so it pulls apart to get on, and then pulls taut together once over your hand.
